Inspire HR failing to sync

Hi there, have downloaded and setup the App etc but it is failing to sync up with my Fitbit (inspire HR)... just displays the logo and web address on it and that is as far as we get!!

Let me help you with you Inspire HR isn't syncing with your phone. Since it is showing the website it means you will need to set it up. This is done via the app so no need to go to the phone's bluetooth settings. Please follow these instructions to setup your tracker.
