It's awfully hard to charge the Fitbit when it keeps falling off the charger because the magnet is not strong enough by itself to keep it on. One little bump and the thing is off the charger. The other three fitbit's I've had had some type of a clip that kept them attached to the charger. Whoever thought this magnet was enough didn't actually try it.

I agree. One possible work-around is to buy a longer charging cable from Amazon so that it can reach to sit on a surface while charging.

Its ridiculous! Even with the USB plug on a table next to the fitbit the lead is not long enough to stop the magnet coming off.... crazy that you have to buy something extra in order to use it ;-/ Not good at all fitbit.

This is horrible! The charger does not stay on, if you even look at it wrong it falls off. Whoever designed this should be fired!

I agree mvanert... and there are a ton of posts inline complaining about it but fitbit do nothing. I have enailed them about it several times but they never address the issue. I cannot believe that a company of this standing would produce something so useless and then ignore it! It gives one little faith in any of their products as they obviously have absolutely no testing panels, no market research
etc. Bloody ridiculous fitbit, get your act together. I cannot stand when companies release new products and fail to correct the old ones.
