Inspire HR - finishes my workout in the middle of my workout

Yesterday I was hiking and was 2 hours and 3min into my hike and my Inspire HR just decided to finish my workout.  No exercise cues are on, gps is enabled, it was an urban hike so no signal loss.  Has anyone had this issue? I had it on Walk exercise selection, as far as I can tell I have no maximum limits set.

@JRobbs, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

 

Let me help you with your hike recordings on your Inspire HR. This is odd but I suggest you restart your device by following these instructions. Also refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker may help. Try doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I'm also having problems with my Fitbit after the so-called update was released...It's no longer accurate and pretty much useless to me now....

 

Many others are having similar problems...
