Inspire HR first alarm not vibrating

I have had my inspire HR for over a year. My silent alarm is no longer vibrating the first time but if I don't turn it off it will vibrate like crazy on the snooze. I have rebooted, deleted all alarms, rebooted again, then reset my alarm. No change. ☹️ I appreciate any help!

Ammendment: fitbit obtained 1/23/2020, so not quite a yr old.
