I have had my Inspire HR since January, 2020. It has frozen on the clock screen on 2 or 3 previous occasions. I have been able to resolve the issue by following the instructions I’ve seen in other posts to reset it by plugging it into the charger, and holding down the button until it vibrates and the smiley face appears. However, this time resetting it has not resolved the issue. When I hold the button down the smiley face appears after about 15 seconds, but it doesn’t vibrate and remains frozen. I have also tried changing the clock face style in the app, checked that my app was updated, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My steps and heart rate data still syncs to the app, but the device remains frozen on the clock screen and will not scroll. Help.

Mine just did the same thing. First time I've had this issue. I wonder if it was the update?
