Inspire HR frozen on time screen and stopped recording steps or excercise

I have had my Inspire for just over a year, and a couple of weeks ago it got stuck on the time screen. Annoying, but manageable because I could get to my other info via the phone app. But halfway through yesterday it also stopped recording my steps and exercise.

I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR is stuck on the time screen and has stopped recording steps or exercise. I appreciate the additional details, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
