I have the inspire HR. My Fitbit is frozen on the date/time screan.  I cannot scroll up or down. I cannot check the battery life.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR. Please restart your tracker by following these instructions. Additionally if your device is syncing try changing the clock face.
