Inspire HR frozen screen

My HR inspire Screen is stuck on Time screen. It seems Frozen and won't swipe up or down, but it will still send me notifications. I  Tried logging out of App and back in again and also tried holding down the the side button while plugged in for charging for a watch reboot but just get a Smiley face and does not resolve the issue.
