My Fitbit Inspire was charging. When I put it back on it had the wrong time displayed and stuck on distance. I restarted it. I have the correct tome displayed now but it's still stuck on distance. I cant swipe to see steps etc. None of my data is showing on the device or in the app on my samsung. I've restarted and it's still frozen.

Hi @Mrs.Victoria.D, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.
Thank you for all the information you've provided about the steps that you already tried and regarding the display of your Inspire device that is stuck with the same distance and not working properly
In addition to the restart procedure that you already tried, please make sure that you also try to change the clock face option on your device, this has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
Please keep me posted on the outcome.

Following your instructions on changing the clock face I noticed my fitbit device wasnt on (was at 100% yesterday when I unplugged it and noticed the time change and frozen screen). I then plugged it in and restarted it. Got the happy face. And I still have a blank screen. I tried restarting multiple times again and it's still dead. I got this Fitbit one year ago give or take a couple days.
