Hey,
Been having a few problems with my Fitbit just recently. Today the screen froze completely and is just the time and the heart rate monitor, which has given up also.
Have tried all the troubleshooting advice that I have read about on this lovely forum but nothing has worked at all. I still get the smiley face on the restart, but am getting to the point of wanting to throw it as it almost feels like that smiley restart face is mocking me!
Any advice / help gratefully received.
