My fitbit will not turn on or sync. I charged it this morning and all of a sudden it stopped turning on completely. I tried to do a reset but that does nothing. it doesn’t buzz or show anything. it’s completely blank. when i plug it in, it gets very hot but nothing happens. it’s not connecting to my app either? i’ve had it for almost a year and slowly it wouldn’t turn in every time i pressed the button or go to settings when i held it down. but now it doesn’t even turn on, what do I do?

Did they fix this? Mine isn't turning on. No green lights. Heating while on charge. No display or vibrations. Reset isnt working. I held the button down for a variety of differnt times but nothing.
This is the second fitbit i have had now and both broken in just over a year. If the products are that bad that the life expectcy is just 1 year then then they should be alot cheaper. The products are supposed to motivate people but its not if you have to buy a new every year. It doesnt fill me with confidence getting another.
