False notifications keep coming on my phone app of reaching and exceeding targets but different to the ones I have set. Why does this keep happening and how can I stop it happening?

@Lsly Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR getting incorrect goal notifications. Have you noticed which figure shows on your tracker for these notifications? Could you take a picture when this happens (if it is possible to you)? What is your current goal (name the metric and amount, ex.: steps 10,000 or distance 8 miles)? I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions. Also you can try removing the current goal or change the amount, save and sync then change it back to the desired amount, save and sync again.
