My fitbit either goes off or.flashes up different screens when l.havent pressed it to

Hello @elayneevans1953 

You can try restarting your Fitbit to see if that helps. You won’t lose any of your data doing a restart. Just plug your Inspire HR into its charger and press down the button on the Inspire Har until you see a smiley face icon then release the button. If the problem persist try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App::https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm.
