Inspire HR gone crazy

I have reset, deleted and reinstalled, changed clock faces, threatened, cried.  But the inspire HR will go crazy jumping all around form screen to screen, timer wants to be turned on and I don't even want the timer, and then uses up the battery in a few minutes maybe an hour.

Have you cleaned tour screenand restarted the tracker?

Yes.  I have uninstalled a couple of times and reset a few times...
