Hi, I've had my Inspire HR for under a year now, and I've encountered a couple of problems, but they have all been easily resolved by just looking it up, or the issue gets fixed in an update like the battery issue I had. The HR reading on my inspire HR is gray, with two lines. The green light on the back has not blinked since, whether I have it on or off and no matter what I do. No light, no heart rate reading. I have not gotten a single reading for over a month and I have done various research. I have completely disconnected, shut down, and restart both my phone and my fitbit. I have turned the HR setting off and on (it has been on and still not working). I've rebooted, and reconnected my fitbit. I have tried everything I can and the light and heart rate have not budged once. I still have my year long warranty, so if nothing can fix it, I will just assume that the heart rate is broken and I need a new one. Please help! Thank you
