Inspire HR green light stopped flashing

Hello,

 

My Inspire HR green light for heart rate suddenly stopped working. I tried reset and factory reset, once it turns back on there is a quick flash but then nothing, it is not working and of course heart rate is not measured. Any idea on how to do to try to restore it?
