Inspire HR has a black screen and won’t connect

My inspire hr turned black all of a sudden, I thought it was because of the battery so I charged it but to no avail. It was still sync to my app that time. Then I tried all the tips from this community from changing the clock face ,re-starting the device and it didn’t work. I then unpaired it to the Fitbit app and now am trying to pair it again but I can’t. It vibrates but I don’t see anything on the screen. It sent me a 4 digits pin code for pairing but I cannot view. I don’t know what to do now. Please help.

I had this problem too, put your device on to charge, then press down the button on device till you see a smiley face, this means it's rebooted and the display will show again
