Welcome to Fitbit, Renee! I've got the one without HR, but I'm guessing it's the same... did you press the button on the side of your Inspire HR while it was wet - either while you were in the swimming pool or before you dried it off when you got out? If not, try pressing the button on the side to bring it back to life... the screen goes blank to save battery life is all. Also, how fully charged is it please? I charge mine up when it hits 75% charge so that it still keeps logging things for me when I wear it.

I'm all out of ideas then... sorry! Might be worth contacting customer support to see what they suggest 'cos it's their product you're having issues with after all 😉
Ooooh! how new is your Inspire HR? If it's very new then it could be the huuuuge update and you just have to sit there being patient until it's sorted unfortunately! If you've already installed the huge update then I'm as lost as you unfortunately... sorry!
