Inspire HR has become unresponsive

Inspire HR has died. Tried reboot, but dies within a couple of hours. Gets stuck on Notifications. Can I get a replacement if my warranty period is up? Purchased Nov. 2019, so warranty is over by 2 months.

Hi @Sam4903, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. Also let me know if the screen turns on and it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

Good morning.
Yes, I have tried to do a restart and after I get the time up on the screen. The Fitbit screen then starts going on and then black, on and then black and then a screen comes up which states no notifications. When this screen shows and I try to get out of it, the battery drains of power and the Fitbit goes black. I am guessing the battery has died because of lack of response. The flashing on and off just started this past weekend. I rely on the alarm for medication times. It was great to have a buzz on my wrist for a reminder.
