My inspire HR has condensation inside the screen for about 2 weeks. Don't use it swimming/showering...may be from washing hands. Have tried reset etc and nothing is working.
Should I return it to the shop where I bought it?

Hi @SiobhanCa try putting it in a dry bowl of rice for about two days. Don't put it on the charger until you've done that. When you take it out, clean all the connectors, then try that restart. If you've just recently purchased it and your local shop will exchange it, that would be the fastest thing to do.
