Inspire HR has issues scrolling up on Fitbit app messages screen

The Problem:

Notification > Messages > Friends

 

I want to scroll up and read the message history me and my friends have been writing. But in the individual page, it refreshes or drops me back down to the bottom of theppage after I have scrolled up 4 to 5 times. So which means if I want to see what was written say two days ago,I can only scroll up to 5 hours ago before the app pushes me back to the latest comment.

 

Solutions Tried:

1. Turning off Bluetooth (but fitbit app shuts off) FAIL

2. Tried scrolling really fast (after 4 to 5 swipes it refreshes I'm back at the latest message spot) FAIL

 

Please help! Thanks!

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR pushes back to the recent comment of the message history screen. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issue gets fixed.
