Inspire HR has lines of dead pixels

Around a month ago my inspire hr started showing a few line of pixels that were blank, so the time appeared fractured. This has progressively worsened. Every hour or so two or three lines will also go blank. This happens in a pattern, working line, dead line, working line, dead line. Over the the last two days I’ve noticed the pixels have been disappearing from the top again, making the top quarter of the watch blank. I’ve had this watch for under two years and don’t wear it during activities I think will damage it (like swimming), because I like to take care of my things so they last. I’ve tried resetting the watch multiple times to no avail, what do I do?
