Hi. I just want to raise a concern regarding my fitbit inspire, it has moisture under the screen and its not turning on. I dont know where does the moisture came from I was careful not to use it and remove it when washing my hands. can anyone help me with this please.

Hi @Dyosa, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the moisture that the screen of your Inspire HR has, try putting your Fitbit device in a bowl of rice for 24 hours. After this, restart it as described in this article. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
