My HR seems to be working but the app on my phone went bonkers last night.  I reinstalled the app and resynced.  At least the sleep and heartbeat buttons could be added back but no data history for today is showing up.  Another buggy software update no doubt. 😞

I’m having the same problem. Mine is down to 6% and suddenly won’t charge. I’ve tried different outlets. Not sure if the problem is with my device or charger

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.

Hope this helps.

I'm on my second one, these are junk. This time mine started doing this, after a couple of days it would turn on, then it would randomly reboot itself and set everything back to 0 (and I've seen the "001" error twice). Their troubleshooting steps are useless. I've already had it replaced once for similar issues. I'm also very careful and don't wear it in the shower let alone in other water. You're lucky yours lasted over a year, I only got about 7-8 months out of either of mine.

I only had it for 2 days.... LOL They spend more money on product
advertising than they do on fixing the product issues or Customer Service
put together... Very unfortunate.

Thanks for these options, but nothing worked. It was holding at 6% all day yesterday but was dead this morning and now won’t charge. Is it typical for the battery to go from normal to nothing? Is there anything to do to get it replaced or is it just dead because it’s more than a year old?

I just started having the same problem.  I reinstalled the application and it started my steps over again.  The Fitbit Will show 99% charge at night and go to put it on in the morning and it’s dead with the smiley face.  Just started all of a sudden have had this one for over a year.  Been using Fitbit for many years but Think it’s time to get an Apple Watch.  Further the application all of sudden started asking for a premium subscription.
