Inspire HR has tracked calories burned before I owned it

My calories burned shows about 1,206 to 1,216 calories everyday day for years. I’ve only owned it for less then a week. 🤔 what’s up with that and is there any way to mass delete the false info so it doesn’t mess with my actual calories burned?

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories you are always burning just by being alive.  They are always recorded, even when not wearing the tracker, and show back into your history.

Read more about them in this help section:

How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
