Hello. I am having difficulty syncing my inspire HR. My fitbit battery died Friday night and I charged it Saturday morning. I have not gotten it to sync since the battery died (it is now at 100%). I have gone through multiple troubleshooting steps listed here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/#phones
When I turn bluetooth off all together, my fitbit is unable to reconnect. I turned my iPhone off and turn it back on and reset the fitbit as well just to get the same problem. So I chose "forget this device" on the bluetooth settings. The fitbit did not reconnect until after I restarted my iPhone again. It states my fitbit is "connected", but there is no "i" icon next to it, making me doubt it is truly connected.
My iPhone software and Fitbit app are up to date. I have been unable to update my Inspire HR since I purchased it a year ago. The update disappeared until recently. (Firmware version: 34.20001.57.19).

So by some luck, it magically synced after I posted this question. But this has led me to another question. Being that my firmware is 20001.57.19, should I update to a newer version? As mentioned above, I attempted in summer 2019, but the update button disappeared until recently.
