Got my Fitbit on Friday, but Heart Monitor doesn't seem to be picking up my heart beat! I can get it start picking up a

beat of 70bpm, but that keeps stopping after a few mins, or it still keeps beating if I take it off!

@Keogh1307, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR sensor not working. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
