Inspire HR heart rate and green flashing light stopped working

Hi. I have a fitbit inspire hr. Today the green hr light stopped flashing and i cant get hr to start working again. Have tried all the usual troubleshooting like resetting data, hr on/off, check for firmware update, etc to no avail. Can you assist

Literally 1 month out of warranty and hr monitor stops working. Despite friendly troubleshooting agents basically there is no aftermarket support and only alternative is to purchase a new device. After a few quick google searches it seems im far from the only one experiencing poor quality/limited lifespan of a product.  Built in redundancy to the extreme.  Ive gone from potentially a loyal and satisfied customer to vowing never to purchase a fitbit again over night.

@Graham123 sorry to hear about this. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
