Hello,
I received my inspire HR for Christmas, and installed the update successfully from my iPhone11. Everything was working well the first day - I got a resting heart rate, as well as heart rate measurements throughout my workout and the rest of my day. Then the heart rate measurements completely stopped working. The green light is still flashing. I have restarted my fitbit a couple times, as well as messed around with band tightness and position. Nothing seems to help. Also not getting sleep stage measurements. Suggestions?

Welcome to the Forums @Malibumarii! Thanks for reporting the issues when tracking heart rate. You did a great job performing those steps to make it work again.

Same! It worked perfect for first few days now it won’t show sleep patterns and HR bpm doesn’t show. It must be fitted properly since it still counts my steps and hours slept. I don’t really want to reboot. Any suggestions?

Update! After searching through some old posts on these help boards I have solved my issue. I reconnected the Fitbit to my phone. It’s not as much of a pain as it might sound. It took me two minutes to reconnect on the app. I didn’t have to delete the app and all of my previous data is still there. It’s an annoying issue to have right out of the box, but I was able to easily fix it. Hope this helps!
