Inspire HR heart rate inaccurate not recording sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, My inspire has my heart rate accelerated. It stopped recording sleep. It says I’m burning over 3000 calories a day and at peak when I am walking. I tried resetting it but it’s still doing it. Please help. Right now it’s worthless to me.

@Sabrinamg Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing incorrect heart rate readings and not recording your sleep. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Regarding sleep your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro,
I wiped it with alcohol and changed the clock face, but I cannot swipe up to get to the settings. Currently HR is not on and I cannot access settings to turn it on because it will not swipe. I did let the battery die completely and then charged for 3 hours.
