Inspire HR heart rate information inaccurate

Hi, I am wondering how the algorithm for heart rate is build: my heart rate is raising a few times a day. Now in the evening, is showing 73(!). In the morning it was 67, afternoon 70.

Yesterday, when I was watching TV, i had 56. I have Inspire HR and wearing it a whole time, even during the night. I work out 4-5 days a week and have 15000 steps per day as minimum.

It's great to see you around, @Myszon12.

I am sorry for the delay in response. Regarding your inquiry, if you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend checking the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the tips provided there.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Hi Alejandra and thank you for your answer.

I took a look at the questions in the link you send but I cannot find anything what suit my problem.

i know that there is an algorithm behind the resting heart rate but it seems that something is wrong: the resting heart rate cannot change few time during the day. Thats why it calls resting: it is taking directly after you rested completely, when you wake up.
What I can see on my device is different RHR during a day.
