So i got my inspire HR back in August. I’ve had some issues with the heart rate monitor, but it was mostly during my workouts. The monitor would randomly go off and not track my heart rate. It’s been better since then, I’ve started restarting it more often and that seems to help. However, this last week I’ve noticed something odd with my resting heart rate.
I usually have an average resting hr of about 59. Well in the last week it’s gone up to 65. I’ve also been tracking it when resting myself and it shows beats per minute at around 73 to sometimes 80 which is obviously off, and I compare it to tracking my heart rate myself and it is very off. Nothing has changed for me as far as my diet, exercise (6 days a week for at least 45 minutes), or other lifestyle aspects. It’s kind of worrying me that my heart rate would go up that high in only a week, but I’m also wondering if it is just my Fitbit having issues again. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so are there ways to fix it?
