Inspire HR heart rate monitor has stopped working

All other functions are working and syncing properly and without error, but I do not have a heart rate reading on the device or in the app. LEDs are flashing, and I have attempted to restart the device to no avail.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
