Inspire HR heart rate not working

The heart rate part isnt working. I see no way to turn on or put on "auto" on my dashboard. How do you get it to work??  It has always worked b4. Green light is on in back. Jut synced and nothing.

Hi @DjHinWI, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it stopped tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.
