I have the HR Inspire, and this has happened to me. The Heart Rate feature stopped working a few weeks ago, and I have only had this a few months. I am not interested in spending money to upgrade, as you have suggested to the original poster. This is supposed to track my heart rate, and it should not have stopped doing this a few months of wearing it. Do you recommend trying anything else besides buying a new one? Is there a way to reset it and see if that works?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @PhyllisEngle.
Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I understand how you are feeling and recommend checking if the heart-rate tracking is turned on: on your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On. For more factors affecting your heart rate reading, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

I go into settings and all it does is try to load. This has also been a problem for a lot of the "apps".

Sorry, I'm new to this forum and haven't figured out how everything works yet. I just replied to my own post. LOL
@LiliyaFitbit I went into settings and all it does is try to load. This happens to all of my apps associated with the FitBit. It is very frustrating. Doesn't matter if I use the FitBit app on my phone or on my laptop.

Thank you for your response, @PhyllisEngle.
To restart the Inspire HR:
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Connect your device to the charging cable.
3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
To change a clock face:
1. With your Inspire HR nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
4. Sync your device to see the change.
Keep me posted.
