My inspire HR reads the heart rate too high. I have several fitbits to compare it with (bought a few for the family). For example my charge 4 reads 60 bpm, my polar chest monitor reads 60 bpm and my inspire HR reads 90 bpm. Wearing all at the same time. Counting beats, 60 is correct.
they are all new this week. Done the obvious ... cleaned the back, restarted the device ... no difference. I also note the Inspire reading is very erratic ... jumps between 70 and 90 regularly.
I tried the live support chat but the link gives an error and the support phone is generally busy.
Any ideas on what to do or how to contact support?

@Bigianb It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR giving you a high heart rate reading and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean again the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I've been talking to support about it. I've jumped though the restart and clean hoops a few times ... it seems to be a bit better now but still always 10 bpm or so higher than the charge 4 or polar band reads.
