Today I purchased my wife and I Fitbit Inspire to help keep my heart rate up to increase our cardio. While doing circuit training at the gym I checked my inspire reading against two other heart rate monitors and found the Inspire to be 30-40 bpm below the other two. My wife had the same issue. Her Inspire was well below the other two readings. Is there a way to get more accurate readings or are these not designed for aggressive workouts?

@Ascopino It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR heart rate reading. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. Finally I wanted to add that sweat may affect the heart rate reading and several members have recommended using a sport wristband to remove this to help you tracker get a better reading.
Let me know how it goes.

Especially during cycling the measured heart rate seems way too low. Compared to my wahoo hear rate monitor on my chest the fitbit measures ridiculously low levels. Therefore it also displays that most of my minutes on the bike were below zones.
According to wahoo and strava my avg heart rate was 150 during 3 hours.
