Inspire HR heart rate stopped working

My Inspire HR heart rate monitor stopped working yesterday morning.  I checked Community and have performed every suggestion given.  Cleared user data (3 times), re-booted device several times, un-paired device and paired again as a new device, removed device completely and re-added, checked to ensure HR is turned on, and anything else someone else tried.  It still does not work - no green lights flashing.  I even changed clock faces because that worked for an earlier problem, but no luck.  This device is only 9 months old.  What can be done to fix or repair this?
