I have had my inspire hr for over a year now and it's always worked fine. But for the last month it hasn't been recording my heart rate. (Since about noon on the 17th December 2020.) The green led light is still flashing on the underside. I have been into the settings app to see if I've somehow turned heart rate tracker off, but I can't click on anything once I've opened the settings app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app but no different.

Let me help you with this.Regarding the heart rate I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
About the Fitbit app, thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out, restart your phone and log back in.
