My Inspire HR tracked 2 huge spikes in heart rate (up to 160s) in the middle of the night when I wasn’t even wearing it. It was under my pillow at the time because I had forgotten to put it back on before I fell asleep. Any guesses as to what may have triggered it to read a heart rate so high?

@MissAlissaDubs It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR detecting heart rate while not being worn. By any chance did you touch your tracker (for example it would have detected readings from your fingers). Still I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
