I read that only the Charge 4 computes HR zones taking into account your resting heart rate. I note that the Inspire app calculates HR zones by a standard 80/60/40% without reference to resting HR but the app says that the HR zones are customised by reference to your fitness score. I can see no evidence of this when I look at the HR zones on my details. 3 questions: 1. does the Inspire HR actually reference your fitness score or not when setting the HR Zones? 2. If not is it worth inputting the custom set of HR zones based on the calculation used on the Charge4 if this gives a truer picture of your own circumstances? 3 Are the HR zones on the Charge 4 any more beneficial to work to than the standard set of zones the other fit bits?

It's great to see you around, @weekendwarrier.
Regarding your inquiries about heart rate zones, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?, where you will be able to see more information about this feature.
Have a good day!
