The hourly steps on my FitBit and app do not match. I always lose an hour. Any ideas? I've tried, restarting FitBit, restarting phone and uninstalling app. No results.

Let me help you with your hourly steps not matching between your tracker and your app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persists then remove the reminders to move, save and sync then add them again.
