I've recently converted my Fitbit account to google. How do I now alter stride length. All the online instructions included options which are no longer there.

One way: on phone app Today page
Exercise Days > 3 dots at top right < Activity Settings < Stride Length

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
