My inspire hr says I'm sleeping when I'm walking around, shopping, doing chores etc. It correctly reports when I am asleep then says I'm asleep when I definitely am not. How do I rectify this?

If the issue persists, please confirm if you have another tracker paired to your Fitbit account?
