Inspire HR infrequently syncs with app

Had my inspire hr since November, using with android. For last few months it's infrequently syncing. It'll not sync for a few days and when i try to sync it it won't work. I've tried all thw usual things, bluetooth on and off, disconnecting, reinstalling app, setting up as new, restarting fitbit. Will work for a few days then same thing! For instance trying to sync at the minute and just keeps saying last synced 21st May.

It's getting ridiculous now!!

@Bskin6 It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not properly syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
