Inspire HR interval training vibrations

I’ve set up an interval training exercise shortcut on my Inspire HR to do 10s move and 15s rest with 43 repeats to get about 20 mins overall. I was hoping it would mean I could just feel the vibrations to know when each interval ends without having to watch the clock. However, I get multiple vibrations and never know where I am in the cycle. For example, sometimes I get a vibration with 5s left in the rest interval, so I still need to wait a bit, while other times only at the start of the move interval, meaning when I wait a bit I’ve missed the start of the move interval. Also I can’t tell if it’s trying to remind be but it seems like if I don’t raise my arm to check it, I get another vibrate a couple seconds into my move interval. Given I trying to use these cues to determine when I stop and start high intensity, it’s confusing and difficult to do the exercise and I can’t focus when I’m always checking my watch. Is there some what to control the vibration times of the interval training?

Another user recently replied and Mentioned if you turn off the GPS it doesn't cause that distraction.

However another user replied and mentioned that turning off the gps didn't do the trick.

At the moment im not sure what the resolution is besides going back to a charge 2 or an apple watch.

I tried raising issue to fitbit however they suggested a software update and/or reset it. Pretty much a sorry buddy.
