I've had my Fitbit for maybe a year or two and about a week ago, I noticed that it wasn't scrolling to other screens -- just showing the time. And about 3 days ago it just stopped working. It wouldn't turn on or sync to my phone. I cleaned the terminals and put it on charge and got it up to about 80-something percent per the app but it still wouldn't turn on.
I stupidly followed the advice of another user and unpaired my device but now can't pair it again. I can't pair it to any device. I can't turn it on. I can't do anything. It seems totally bricked.
What can I do?

Did that all of that. It didn't work.
I also cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and tried several outlets and contacted support. Still nothing.
