Inspire HR is dead

My Fitbit Inspire HR has been working perfectly up until two days ago. I put it on charge and nothing. It didn't even vibrate which is unusual. I went through all the procedures as per community but still nothing. I missing using my Fitbit. Any other suggestions

Thank you for confirming that you're having the same problem with the Inspire HR that is no longer responding. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please also confirm if you already tried the restart procedure as described here

 

In addition, in case this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article for battery not charging.

I have the same problem as described above. I have tried all the steps to restart and nothing.  Please advise what the next step is.  Thank you

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing the same inconvenience with your Inspire HR and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

In addition to the restart procedure mentioned earlier, could you please confirm if you already tried the steps listed here? In case this problem is related to the battery.

I have done all of those steps. I have checked the outlet, tried it on the computer and nothing. I have only had it for less than a year. It worked fine yesterday morning.

I have attempted all these steps and my Fitbit had not turned on, vibrated, even the light in the back is out.  What can I do?
