ONE day I've had this thing and already I want to throw it in the trash.
For starters, at one point today it had my steps at 8500. A little bit later, they were at 7400, both on device and app. Additionally, I have my app set to sync with Noom. Early in the day (at the time the device registered 8500 steps), Noom reflected this. Now, my Noom app has ZERO steps and won't sync. It used to sync with my iPhone health app which I was using to count my steps. Never an issue with that so I'm thinking the problem lies with Fitbit rather than with Noom. I'm very frustrated and regret buying this thing at this point.

@jolieclare It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR missing steps and the Fitbit app not syncing with the Noom app. Do you have any third party linked to your account that transfers data to Fitbit? Have you manually logged any activity on your account? These two scenarios may overwrite the data recorded by your tracker. You an also try restarting your tracker. On the account try logging out from it, restart your phone and log back in. Finally if the data doesn't appear you can manually log an activity to have a record on your account.
Regarding the Noom app you can revoke the access on both platforms then relink them as you initially did.
Let me know how it goes.
