My Inspire HR is fine, tracking steps and sleep, but when I sync, that data does not transfer to the app or the website. The website has been wonky for a week now. Any help??

Let me help you with this. Your tracker's data need to sync in order for it to show on the app and website so I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
